Hi nata1503 and thank you for your question. As a board certified plastic surgeon I have found that skin care is an integral part of my practice and to this end I have spent a lot of time vetting various lasers and therapies to treat dark spots and broken capillaries of the face before bringing them into my practice. I am a big fan of the BBL procedure which uses broadband light technology to reduce the effects of sun damage. Be sure to consult with a board certified PS to review your candidacy and discuss your treatment options!
