Hello, I have a question. I have suffered from severe acne and took Accutane twice for over 2 years until I was 20. Now, at 31, my skin still has post-inflammatory erythema (PIE) and is always red, which bothers me the most. When I laugh, my entire face turns red like a tomato. I’ve tried many skincare routines recommended by doctors, along with microneedling and two sessions of fractional laser. What laser treatment (such as Vbeam) would you recommend, and what skincare routine should I follow?
