Ultimately Smile provides a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you walk in the door. Staff members are friendly and are very nice! I went to Dr. Negru hoping to find the best solution for my smile, for a long time I wasn’t as confident smiling around people or talking in too crowds and I long to fix that. After two years with braces I still had significant gaps in my smile. I consulted with Dr. Negro and he helped formulate a dental plan that will work for my desire look and my budget, in which I proceeded with braces for a little over a year, and then shortly after transitioned to enhancing my smile with veneers. He was quite patient throughout the process and willing to do whatever necessary to achieve my desire looked, and he did!
I had put off getting porcelain veneers for years and my front teeth kept chipping, as I ate. For example, I was on vacation once and bit into an apple, and my front filling fell out! How embarrassing. After returning home, I immediately booked Dr. Negru and took care of it ASAP. It was the BEST investment! The lab he uses shapes the teeth so naturally and translucent (it’s worth every penny). To this day, I receive compliments on my teeth almost weekly. My number one regret is not taking care of completing this procedure earlier. Thank you Dr. Negru for all your hard work. You’re an incredible dentist, a perfectionist and an artist when it comes to dental work. Your work stands apart from others in your profession.
Dr. Negru amazing and did my gums perfectly. He triple checked and made sure everything looked perfect before sending me off. He helped me fall in love with my smile again and I’m so thankful for him and his entire staff. They are so helpful and have such good communication. They make sure that you satisfied with the work that was done and listen to you and your needs. I definitely recommend you go see Dr Negru if you have any dental work you need to get done!
Yes Implant would be a great option in that space I would go to a dentist that is pretty experienced. Front tooth implants are very challenging and you may very well need some bone and possible even tissue grafting Do not let price dictate who you are going to see A periodontist or a very experienced general dentist can handle your case Expect it to be a substantial investment Best of luck with everything
Botox is the solution in your case. I would try either a good dentist that has experience with Botox or anyone that has experience with Botox.
Yes, Bonding would be the first procedure I would consider. It is conservative procedure and quite aesthetic if done properly. Also I would address the underlining cause. Have the dentist check and adjust your bite if necessary. If you are clenching or grinding your teeth I would recommend a night guard. Wishing you the very best!
Is it possible??... it sure is .. Is it the best way to go??.. most likely not for the long term.. Here are the potential future issues with the option you have mentioned. 1. the teeth might most likely need to be root canaled and that means a weaker tooth 2. as long as there is organic matter in the mouth (teeth) those teeth can get cavities and once those roots get cavities on them you are back to square one and will need to remove the roots and look into the best, but obviously more expensive option which is an implant supported overdenture. I hope that helps. Best of luck with the treatment.
Adjusting an old or new crown for that matter will not ruin the strength and integrity of the crown granted that there is enough material to support the adjustments. If the crown is a porcelain fused to metal crown (which is the case most often with the older crowns) the metal part of the restoration might show through after an adjustment. Metal showing through is not pretty but that crown can still have a pretty long lifespan. Hope that helps. Cheers!
