Should I get SculpSure, Morpheus8 or something else for my lower stomach area? (Photos)

hi everyone i’m a 21 year old female. 5’3, 17% body fat for context im happy with the way i look im just bothered by a certain area (my lower stomach) i know surgery isn’t necessary and yes I know bumps are genetic but I would LIKE to get an alteration. I had a consultation yesterday where the esthetician said coolsculpt likely wouldnt do anything since the reason i have a lower bump is loose skin not fat. Should I get morpheus 8 like she told me or look into Sculpsure/laser lipo?
