I’m looking to have a more feminine appearance overall potentially from a septo-rhinoplasty, as well as some kind of jaw or chin based procedure (not sure what yet). Having a more defined and v-type jawline would be ideal. When I pull back the fact under my chin, my jawline looks more thinner and defined if that means anything?
