Hyperpigmentation Hands - Should I ask for higher level Fraxel energy level next time? (photos)

I’ve been getting Fraxel for years on hands for hyperpigmentation with great results, but noticing treatment no longer works as well. Last treatment with 1927 (energy 10 / treatment level 5/ passes 8). Should I ask for higher level energy level next time?
