What can I do about Banana Rolls under butt? (Photo)

I am a 22 year old who has had this stubborn fat under my butt for years. I am 125 pounds and it will not go away. It sometimes reduces but only a little. Is there a procedure that is best for this that doesn't require surgery?

Hi and thank you for your question.  I would recommend a combination of 2 procedures.   Morpheus 8 and Emsculpt.  Morpheus on banana roll and Emsculpt on butt.  Morpheus is micro needling with radiofrequency that will help remove fat and tighten the skin under the butt and Emsculpt will help lift and tone your butt. This treatment is not as rapid as invasive procedures, such as liposuction, and can take 1-3 months to see improvement. Liposuction can be used to remove excess fat in that area. You could try EMSCulpt on the buttocks to see with the muscle increase if enough skin is puller upward giving you a smoother contour. Fat reducing paddles can also be placed on the posterior thigh, but not on the buttocks.
