Female, age 18. Best way to correct my tuberous shape? (photo)

Hello, i am f(18) and i want to get a BA to correct my tubular appearance. Finding bras has been a real struggle since my early teens. What is the best way to correct the shape, reduce the size of the areolas ans not increase in size a lot? Also what degree of tubular do i have? (1-4)

Your breasts are widely separated, low on the chest wall and are asymmetrical with large areolas.  The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire.  Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
