Hello, l have a hard solid silicone implant put in my forehead (under my eyebrows) 20 years ago under the skin (subcutaneous). Now the implant became more protruding (may be because of fat loss in forehead). Now I want to inject belotero (or other HA filler) around implant to soften the contour. 1) Is it safe to inject HA filler around implant? 2) Is there risk of biofilm formation, when it may happen? 3) What is a symptoms of infection and what should be done in this case asap? Thank you!
