Why do doctors continue to use hyaluronidase? Skin and face affected within days after hyaluronidase. (photos)

I was told hyaluronidase was safe, but my skin and face have been affected within days of hyaluronidase. I only had filler once in my chin, and then tried to get it dissolved 2 weeks later. My whole face looked dehydrated, skin got thin and changed color, sagged, and I developed eye bags. Why do doctors continue to deny the harm? I have talked to so many women whose lives and faces are permanently altered. I am so sad and wish the doctor warned me what could happen. What could help me?
