Can my eyebrow transplant be removed?

When patients are displeased with their eyebrow transplants, the easiest way to remedy this is with grooming. To "remove" those grafts you could just repeatedly pluck those hairs that you dislike and there is a strong chance that eventually they may stop growing (which, of course, is how many people come to need an eyebrow transplant in the first place). With regard to actually excising the grafts, this would be almost impossible and has a high likelihood of leaving scars on the face, so I doubt any surgeon would advise this or consent to do this to you. Regardless, moving the hair back to where it came from is also not likely to be successful and if there is a noticeable widened scar where your donor hair was taken, the best course would be a surgical scar revision of the strip closure OR Scalp micro pigmentation to make it less obvious.
