I have medicaid/ fidelis care and would like to know if I can get coverage for a sleeve gastrectomy. My BMI is 46% ( 5'6 and 286 pounds) I have no comorbidites, however I have been overwieght since birth and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism from from a young age.
