You can. However, it is important to use some products that are specifically developed to reduce hyperpigmentation in the legs: Scleroquin plus and Sclerovase. Scleroquin is hydroquinone based and Sclerovase is non-hydroquinone based. Apply Scleroquin plus in the evening and Sclerovase in the morning. Retinoid creams can be used in conjunction and preferably with the evening regimen by mixing with Scleroquin plus.
