Hi doctors, I got my nose done twice 10 years ago. At first, I only got the silicon implant. At the second, I think that the doctor did a skin excision from my head to do the tip but I'm not sure... Now some doctors suggested me to use rib cartilage, while others recommended me high soft silicon, combined with osteotomy to correct the deviation. Based on my pictures, could you please tell me which material is better? which procedure could you recommend please? Thank you in advance,
