Could my bone grafts cause my dentures not to fit properly?

Its only been a month since the grafts I'm supposed to be wearing my very beautiful dentures its difficult on top theyre making a suction but not flush w my palate causing them to slant. Its not possible to get the bottom over my gums period. i missed appt the next day for adjustments.

It appears as a plate of bone that must have been detached at the time of extraction and unfortunately became necrotic. Such dead bone is referred to as a sequestrum and is now protrudes through the gum. See your dentist / surgeon for further help. Nothing complicated here, but needs to be...
