I want to avoid extractions. IPR vs arch expansion, thoughts? (Photos)

Hey there, I believe you can definitely resolve your upper and lower crowding without extractions. You have moderate to severe upper and lower crowding, the cool thing about your situation is your teeth are all leaning in toward the palate at the top and the tongue on the bottom making them appear more crowded than they actually are. By uprighting the molars and premolars you'll gain signficant space. Once they have been uprighted, the upper and lower incisors can be properly angled to achieve more space thus resolving the large majority of crowding. After this if there is still a little crowding reminding then you can do IPR. IPR is very safe especially when it's a small amount here and there. Hope this helps

It is almost certain you will need expansion, as well as some IPR. The aligner therapy should be able to do the expansion with out having to wear a 'tool' for 6 months.
