How do I correctly perform suctioning after Subcision?

Question

I want to do suctioning after subcisions are performed. How can I make sure I am doing it correctly? How many days should I wait before I start suctioning? How long should I perform suctioning? For the suctioning device, the I am using Pmd Personal Microderm Device. I just use the device alone and it has a great suctioning effect. By the way, I am also getting PRP and Laser on the same day. Thanks for your help.

Suctioning  after subcision can be performed two to three times per day. It should be continued for at least six weeks. However, if CO2 laser is performed, you need to wait for the skin surface to heal before commencing  the subcision. Find a scar expert. Good luck. Jeff Rapaport MDRealself All-star

I realise there are limited papers on suctioning post subcision. The most cost effective method if you have your heart set on this would be a Chinese cupping set, or suction set. About 20 bucks off eBay. Suction 3-5 times a day for 3-5 days. The use of buffer filler such as HA will give more predictable results.
