Question

My skeleton is naturally retruded here and the deepness of the folds are accentrated by badly placed filler and cheek implants. I already had sculptra (1 vial 8 weeks ago,2nd vial 4 wks ago) but Im not seeing an improvement here. I read about threads used to fix hollowness in the tear trough. Will it work here? Im afraid of HA filler being too temporary and costly. Thanks! (Its not due to looseness imvery young and even had a smas lift)

I’m not crazy about thread lifts - they don’t last that long and they cause scarring underneath the skin that can affect facial procedures later in life. Also your picture looks like you have nice skin, so I’m not sure I’d start with threads on you. 
A filler “nose lift” places filler right on the pyriform aperture - this will soften the nasolabial fold (NLF). If you like the look you could follow with fat grafting for a more permanent solution. I avoid filler directly into the NLF cause I think it starts to make the white part do the upper lip look too big and that looks weird to me

Sculptra needs at least 3-4 months before showing results, so you better wait untill the final results of sculpra are clear, then you can decide.Volumizing threads are a good solution for the tear trough area, less effective for the n-l folds
