Will filler in the pyriform aperture be excised if I have a lip lift?

I am due to have a lip lift in 3mo but I got Voluma in my pyriform fossa because it was very deep and was bothering me. The filler dr claims he injected on the bone. Will my filler be excised during the lip lift? I'm scared of this happening as I paid 950 for the filler and if anything, would like another 0.5ccs but I don't want to waste money if it'll come out during the lip lift surgery.
