Belotero is a great filler and excellent choice for treatment of fine lines in forehead, neck, etc given that is diffuses nicely under the skin and produce uniform results. This being said, Belotero is among the fillers that last relatively shorter and most patients will see results for around 6 months or so although individual results may vary. The reported durability of the filler is 6 months, but in my clinical experience the durability can be 9-12 months, especially in combination with botox injections in the forehead. I prefer to mix Belotero with a small amount of Radiesse to reduce the tyndall effect especially in the fine skin around the eyes and lips. I agree with you should consult with an expert injector as the forehead and glabella can be a high risk area. I wish you all the best!
