Sign of possible puckering or adhesion after removal? (Photo)

Question

I would like to tell me if something in these photos ,especially animation deformity, is a sign of possible puckering or adhession after removal of my 6yrs old cohesive mentor silicone moderate plus profile 300cc implants. Also, how do you prevent this from happening if Thank you.

The shape should improve with time.  There is mild deformity which should relax if you massage it out.

Hi! You did not mention how long you are with your recovery. Swelling and bruising usually subside during the first week after surgery and the shape and size of the breast will be unpredictable after explantation. The breast will be smaller and possibly sag more. There are other options such as breast lift, California Lift or natural breast augmentation (performed with fat grafting) if you are not satisfied with your result. It is best to consult your surgeon regarding this concern. #RealSelf100
