I had fat transfer 3 years ago. The result was good, my lips looked natural and attractive. An year ago i gained a bit of weight, not much, about 4-5 kg, which i've been losing *on and off*. My lips enlarged A LOT, without a reason. ...Sometimes, when i lose weight, i notice they shrink, but never to the same size as before. Is this because i've gained weight and the fat cells , since they are alive, have swelled up? Do i have to keep my fat percentage very low in order to have smaller lips?
