What are yellow spots that show up after fat transfer under the eyes? (Photo)

If fat is injected too superficially or harvested with too large of cannulas, you may see the fat under the eyes.  Large volumes need to be avoided.  You may also just be swollen, swelling can last for months after fat transfer.  My suggestion is speak to your physician if you are concerned.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You may be seeing the yellow of the fat.  The skin here is very thin, and if the fat is placed superficially you may see it.  When was this done?  Still swollen.  May want to start to massage over the areas but check with your surgeon.
