The best way to augment hips is to use fat. If you do not have fat there really are no great solutions. Sorry.

Kim,  a fat transfter (or fat grafting) is potentially the longest lasting filler.  The body will reabsorb about 50% to 65% of the fat.  The remaining fat will ususally stay in place.
