What can I do to remove the dot-dot hair visibility of transplanted beard hair? (Photo)

There are very few risks to physical health from hair transplant surgery and these are mostly to do with infection and healing.However there are significant aesthetic risks to do with the appearance of beard hair transplants that can affect emotional and psychological well being.Patients should be warned pre-op that, when shaved, beard hair transplants can have a small pit or bump at the base of the hair and that this occurence can be unpredicatble.The results of a beard hair transplant are best seen with short or long hair growth rather than with a close shave or short stubble.Once pits or bumps occur they are very difficult to get rid of but can be camouflaged with hair growth and increasing hair density. 

Visible scar is because of implantation technique. Grafts may be improperly  implanted and burried in to  skin .If you  are not satisfy with  result of your first operation, would better to check those parameters and think about to plan a second HT to increase the density and hide the scar .
