Hi, I got ICL implanted two weeks ago. Along with glares and halos, I am experiencing double vision. Its difficult to work like this on laptop, given I have to work for nearly 12 hours everyday. I want my lenses to be removed. Will the double vision be gone after removal of ICL and how much eyes will require to heal?

Wearing contact lenses can affect the measurements of the corneal curvature.
The type of contact and how you were them determines how long you should stay out of them. This is why back up glasses are so important!
For those in soft contacts who don't sleep in them, 3-7 days should be fine...
ICL is more risky and also more expensive PRK hurts abs takes forever to healLasik is unsafe for thin corneas/high RxYour best option would be LASEK which is like a modern PRK
I use a two week guideline for my patients. It's reasonable. If you leave them out longer, it's ok. I wouldn't leave them out for a shorter window though. Two weeks is pretty typical for most surgeries- assuming that it's some variety of soft lens.
