Saline administration in various forms can be helpful to minimize dryness and crusting during the post-op period. It is normal to have congestion after a rhinoplasty, since the membranes inside can get inflammed. The use of a neti pot can help the breathing and will not harm the results.
I feel you can use Neti Pot without problems 2 weeks after your rhinoplasty, but my opinion means nothing - talk to your surgeon.

A broken out, red splotchy appearance on your nose may just be contact dermatitis from the glue in the nasal tape. You should show this to your surgeon, since you might benefit from topical hydrocortisone cream. Good luck. Dr. Joseph
Gargling some salt water will not cause your swelling to increase. This close to your procedure suggests that the sore throat may be from the endotracheal tube used in the anesthesia. If the soreness persists or gets worse, then you should see your doctor.
We normally close the incisions inside the nse with dissolving sutures. At a week after surgery some of these stitches fall out anyway. I woud not worry about it.
