How many treatments with a PicoWay laser? (Photo)

Question

I've read on the internet that the picoway laser can remove a tattoo with far less treatments. However, the company who uses this device told me that it would take 8 to 10 treatments. Now I feel like they've been lying to me. Maybe because they're the only company that uses the picoway in my country. I would like to know the truth. Can you help me please? Thanks in advance.

The tattoo removal process varies in each person.  It depends on how much ink was used and how many layers of ink there are and how deep they are.  The Picoway laser removes the ink better and faster than other lasers but every person and every tattoo is different.

There are a lot of variables on removal: amount of ink, how old the ink is, what the components of the ink, location on the body, etc.Previously tattoos could take 12+ treatments.In general I am telling my patients that you could treat the tattoos like this one with general types of ink etc with 6-8 treatments on the upper end.Picoway is faster to resolution time in my experience.
