İt sounds not logical . ı have never do such a crazy operation .. but therotically it can be performed.. grafts takes and live ... you can see new hair growt after a time...But after surgery how you fix arms for 10 days above head position in order to create a fixed non moving skin condition ? Because if you put the arms sides , that close environment may cause infection and loss of grafts ..
