Hiand thank you for sharing your question here! I am not quite sure what type ofthread lift you had. However, if you had PDO thread lift, it has 3 major types(Smooth, Barbed and Twist). When we use the Barbed type for lifting, we usuallysee the result right after. However if Twist or Smooth types have been used, theyare mainly geared toward collagen stimulation and it can take a while - weeksto months - until the optimal results are achieved. I hope it helps and goodluck!
Hello,Although thread results are typically seen immediately, the body has to go through a healing process which can take up to 6 weeks. During this time, swelling, bruising and inflammation can occur which may alter your appearance. The final result of threadlifting can be seen at the 6-8 week mark once the threads are totally integrated into the skin and are totally healed. Hello and thanks for your question. This depends on the type of thread used, although you should see some result immediately. With that being said, bunching will take week to settle.Wishing you all the best,Dr Murray from Absolute Cosmetic Medicine.
This will depend on the type of thread used. The Silhouette or barbed threads will produce a lifting effect instantly. Some threads also stimulate collagen formation but this is a longer term effect that can take a few months.
I prefer the Silhouette soft thread lifts- why? Subtle results that are instant, then improvement over 3 months. Once the threads are in, one can adjust them, but that skill depends on your Specialist. Over the months collagen can tighten and the final result will be seen at the 3-5 month mark. Dr Davin Lim.
