Wisdom teeth & buccal fat removal at the same time?

I need to remove my wisdom teeth soon, but I want to remove my buccal fat as well. Is this something an oral surgeon can do at the same time? I've previously had lipo under my chin and to my jowls. Would I need to go to a separate plastic surgeon specifically for the buccal fat removal?
