Thanks for your question, it is possible to make some relatively dramatic changes to your appearance with facial fillers but adding extra volume to the soft tissues of the face can't change the underlying bony structure. You may very well be an excellent candidate for adding facial volume but you want to make sure that you keep it natural looking. This is done by respecting the facial structure that you were born with. For example, if you have a very long thin face, I would not want to add the filler to the cheeks in the same way and in the same volumes as I would for some one with wider or heavier face. Sometimes it is appropriate to use implants or perform work on the facial skeleton to truly change the underlying structure, but I can't make any real suggestions without photographs. I would suggest multiple consultations with board certified facial plastic surgeons to get an idea of what might be the best options for you. Best wishes, MKB

Hello, the amount of filler depends on the location. Some of those stars on television have 2-3 syringes of filler in their lips alone while a more natural look is usually around 1-2 syringes. The studies on Juvederm Voluma (an excellent structural filler designed for the...

Dear foreverlaila: Looking at your photos, I would suggest starting off with a single syringe of Juvederm Voluma and commencing with the jawline and chin and upon review in 2 weeks decide whether the lips indeed have to be enhanced or not. Hope this information helps. All the best.
My first question would be what filler was used and then how long you've waited since the injection and each subsequent treatment. The fullness can be due to post treatment swelling if it has only been a short while since the treatment of any followup intervention, it can...
Dear steer: Thank you for your photo and question. My recommendation would be to start off with filling of the sagging cheeks with a filler like Voluma which would soften some of the depth of the nasolabial fold and then fill the nasolabial fold if necessary on 2 week review with a filler...
