I had a tooth implant put in about 8 years ago. I hate smiling now though because I get so many comments on it. It looks extremely fake and is one of my top incisors so it's noticeable any time I open my mouth. The tooth goes up much higher than my other teeth. The metal post also shows through my gums. The tooth also does not match the color of my other teeth. Is there anything that can be done? I really want to be able to smile confidently again without having people comment about my fake tooth.
