Can my Nose Be Fixed?

I thought the facial growth process stopped at 16 or 17. I am now 20 and my face has drastically began to change. I used to be pretty but now am much harsher looking. I dont recognize myself anymore and am saddened everytime i look in the mirror my nose seems as if it has tripled in size. The tip of my nose seemed to blow up like a balloon. Is it fixable? Update (w/ pictures): My life has drastically changed since my looks changed. I dont feel like the same person. I feel like i dont recognize myself and i have been living my life as someone different for the past 20 years. Everyday is a struggle. I dont go out anymore for fear of seeing someone i once knew. I know people who once thought i was beautiful will think i am ugly.
