     Pictures or an exam would allow for more specific commentary in your case.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Any nose can be changed but whether or not it can be converted into what you want is another matter. Posting of photograph would help. Video imaging is also very useful.

sequential photos of your changing face and enlarging nose would be very helpful. Nasal reduction surgery is very often performed so you will get an improved result with surgery
