You need to see your implant dentist to take X-rays and examine the condition of your implants and restoration. You don't want to wait because a if it is a loose screw it may be causing damage to more than it seems and you may also loose the screw. Hank D. Michael, DMD | Sarasota Implant Dentist
If the implants are fine ( and that needs to be checked by your dentist) then the options are. There is 2 ways to place a implant supported restoration it can be screw retained, meaning there is a access hole in the restoration that allows the dentist to have a direct access to the screws that are holding the restoration, if that is the case it is very easy to retight those screws and the problem is solved. If it is a cemented restoration (that means there is a screwed abutment on the implant and the restoration is cemented on top, if the screw is loose you what needs to be done is to remove the restoration and retighten the screws, if the restoration can not be removed sometimes it it possible to creat a access through the restoration in order to rethought those screws.
