My face is sagging and I'm only 21. Also, I have a line under each eye. In the picture, it can only be seen on the left side of my face because the lighting is weird. Is there anything that can help with this?
Answer: Your face is not sagging! Thanks for the question. I happen to disagree with you; your face is not sagging. You do not have much fat in your cheeks which could give you the impression of sagging. However, you have no loose skin, no jowls, and tight skin of your lower face and neck. You may be a good candidate for fillers in your cheek such as Perlane or Radiesse. The tear trough under your eyes can also be filled with a filler like Restylane or Belotero. You are young, so seek a board-certifed plastic surgeon who will give you nonsurgical options first, to see how you like the result. best of luck!

Answer: Tighten up skin on the face and get a more defined look by doing morpheus8 treatments Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
