Atsize 44 H each 400 grams removal corresponds to 1 cup size change. 200 grams removal would take you down about ½a cup size and would not be worth doing. More important than breast reduction is reshaping the breast tissuecreating upper pole fullness, elevating them higher on the chest wall and moremedial to increase your cleavage. Thereis a new technique called The Ultimate Breast ReductionTM thattransfers the weight of the breast to the underlying muscle eliminating painwhile maintaining the size proportionate to your body size. This technique avoids the ugly vertical scarsof the lollipop or boat anchor shaped incisions, maintains nipple sensation andthe ability to breast feed.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
If your breasts are starting out as a 44H, then removing 200 grams is unlikely to provide a significant change in size or shape. If you would like smaller breasts you will need much more tissue removed. Without an exam or photos it is difficult to give you a tissue estimate. Make sure you are being evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
I agree with the other posts, that if you start out as an H cup, 200 grams of breast tissue will hardly be noticeable. That may be your goal, but just be clear about what's going to happen. Best of luck.
If you are truly an "H" cup, 200 gm reduction is very small and will not reduce you significantly.
without an examination it is difficult to be sure but if you truthfully are a 44H, I think you need a lot more tissue removed to see a good result. 200 grams is a small reduction, more typically for a D cup to a C cup reduction.
No one can predict exactly what bra cup size you will end up wearing after reduction of a certain amount of tissue. Having said that, 200 g is generally too small of a volume reduction to be functionally or aesthetically “significant”. I would suggest that you communicate your goals clearly with your carefully selected plastic surgeon. In my practice, I find the use of goal pictures helpful during this communication process. Stay away from the use of cup sizes as a reference point, as this reference point may be a source of miscommunication. For most patients, I recommend that they try to decrease the size of the breasts such that symptoms are relieved as much as possible; yet the breast size remains proportionate to the remainder of their torso. I hope this, and the attached link, helps.
Unfortunately that can't be answered without an exam. If you are 4'9" and weigh 90# a 44H is entirely different than if you are 5'3" and weigh 250#. But for an average breast reduction patient that we see, 200gm would be a very small weight to remove.
Congratulations on your surgery - you must be feeling relief have had 1.7kg of weight literally taken off your shoulders.Your plastic surgeon would have counselled you beforehand that it is not possible to accurately predict cup size following surgery. Different bra manufacturers "size" breasts...
Creams and herbs will not work, save your money. Not many good choices to have implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable...
