Right now Iam 36C . Iam thinking to have a breast reduction with out implants . Is it ok if I request my PS to reduce my breasts to a 34a or 32C ? Is it possible and safe ? will there be any complications during or after the surgery . For my figure I feel that 32 size is perfect and will be proportionate with my other body parts. Will it be too much to ask ? Am sorry if this question sounds silly . Thanks in advance .
Answer: Ultimate Breast Lift(TM) A 36 C refers to the fact that the circumference at the inframammary fold is approximately 36 inches. Breast reductions do not change your circumference and you will not change from a 36 to a 32. Unfortunately, you have not provided any photographs. It is possible that you could benefit from a lift more than a reduction. There is a new technique called The Ultimate Breast LiftTM, which reshapes your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevates them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The Ultimate Breast LiftTM transfers the weight of the breast to the underlying muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive weight removal. This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars of the traditional techniques, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction options Breast reduction surgery typically will not reduce the band size of your bra. The number associated with your bra size typically refers to the measurement of your chest wall at the level of the breast crease or inframammary fold. Your chest wall circumference doesn't really change with a breast reduction surgery. So trying to downsize from a 36C to a 32C really isn't possible. You could decrease your size to a 36B cup with a small reduction.

Answer: Breast Reduction from 36C to 32C Breast reductions reduce the breast volume and then "tailor" the skin to create a round breast shape. These two factors: how much breast or fatty tissue is removed and the kind of skin "tailoring" will dictate the new shape and bra size. Most women who change from a 36 to a 32 cup size have reduced the width of the chest, while keeping the cup size much the same. If you have a c cup volume in the front, but have fullness on the sides under the arms, then it may be possible to change from a 36 to a 32.It certainly is safe. It is certainly a good question to talk to your plastic surgeon about before surgery.Attached is a blog about the latest breast reduction technique that reshapes and reduces, with less scar. I hope you enjoy the information.

Answer: Breast Reduction Size Changes It sounds as if what you need is a cosmetic breast reduction. This is usually a quite safe procedure and certainly doable. Small reductions are done all the time and are generally safer than larger reductions as the nipple has to be moved less, thus interfering less with its blood supply. You really need to see a plastic Surgeon to discuss your desires in person, since your concept of the procedure may be at odds with what can be achieved. We cannot change your chest circumference, what the band size supposedly measures (32, 34, 36, etc.). All we can do is change the size of the breast and, thus, the cup size. If you are really a 36C, we can reduce you to a 36B or A. If you are wearing a 36C because you cannot find a 32 bra that has a large enough cup (a C cup in a 36 is larger than a C in a 32), then making you a 32 C or less should be easily done. Make sure whomever you see is Board Certified and operates in a certified facility.
