30 years old - Is a mini facelift an option? (Photos)

Over the past 2 years ive noticed a significant change in my lower face. I developed pneumonia, covid, and was put on methotrexate after an incorrect RA diagnosis its aged me considerably. Am I a candidate?

Those usually go away with time but at 8 months it’s been long enough. I would euu my r are the skin in your cheek to smooth it out. Could be done under local anesthesia
