When can I take a shower after a Miradry treatment?

You can take a shower the same day.  I wouldn't scrub the area or shave for a few days... it won't feel comfortable.The miraDry® system eliminates the underarm sweat glands, and the sweat glands don’t grow back after treatment. This results in a dramatic and lasting reduction of embarrassing underarm sweat. In a clinical study, patients experienced an average of 82% reduction in underarm sweat. You should notice a reduction in sweat immediately after a single miraDry® treatment. As with any medical procedure, results will vary by person. 80% of our patients need only one treatment. Secondary effects include underarm hair and odor reduction. Ask your physician if this procedure is right for you.

Showering after miraDry is not a problem.  You may want to avoid a very hot bath or a very hot shower as this may increase the amount of swelling that you experience.  Otherwise, since the skin is not broken with the procedure. You should be fine with showering.

You can shower the evening of the procedure. I would avoid
taking hot showers or using abrasive cleansing techniques- wash cloths, loofahs,
etc. Wash the area with warm water, a gentle cleanser and fingertips, and
rinse well and pat dry. You should also avoid shaving until the tenderness has resolved,
and avoid using deodorant/antiperspirant for the first few days following the
procedure. Ice packs wrapped in a towel should be applied to the underarms
immediately following the procedure and on and off for the next several days. 

I recommend that you shower no sooner than 24 huors after miraDry. I would rinse the area and not rub too much as it would be sore.
