Can varicocele cause male pattern baldness?

I have varicocele since I was 16years old..Now I'm 22 my crown area has thinned a lot I heard that varicocele can cause male pattern baldness is my hair loss related to varicocele.?

I have not had any patients report sexual side effects associated with the use of Minoxidil.However,those effects do occur in 1-2% of men taking Propecia(Finasteride).
