Are there any treatments I can do at home to stop hair fall and regrow hairs?

I'm 18 and my hair is falling too fast, my hairline receding and i see less hair on my both sides and on my left temple i have already lost too much hair. Please tell me any procedure that i can do at home by myself to stop hair fall and regrow hairs. Please

Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, there are treatments you can do at home such as Nutrafol, and Rogaine but given your age, I suggest a trip to your doctor.  Getting a complete bloodwork workup won't hurt and I think you should start there to rule out anything that could be causing hair loss. Best of luck to you.

Both Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia (finasteride) have been shown to prevent hair loss and possibly increase hair growth, and are medications you can do at home by yourself. Rogaine is over the counter and usually sold as a topically applied medication. Propecia is a prescription medication that you would see your primary care doctor for and is usually taken as a 1 mg pill daily.
