Cosmelan vs TCA 35 peel?

Which peel is more effective, is it cosmelan or tca peel? For me, tca peel to be effective than cosmelan. So why would anyone pay 45-50k for cosmelan whereas, I can do tca peel for 5-6k? I am so confused. How thus this both peel work? How deep this peel penetrates into our skin? What is the advantages and disadvantages?
