Cosmelan Peel side effects around the corners of mouth & neck?Indian w/ combination skin prone to hyperpigmentation/scar.(photo)

Had Cosmelan peel and using Cosmelan 2 twice a day for 3 weeks The corners of my mouth were very dry but dermatologist recommended continuing use by applying Momate cream under Cosmelan 2 The 3rd week neck was very itchy and I scratched it Stopped using Cosmelan 2 completely and have been taking Allegra120gms and Defcort Steroid 6gm using Tenovate cream Do I have a chemical burn and scarring and what will be the fastest way to cure them.
