51, F, 5', 100 lbs. 11/2017 had all teeth removed, all-on-4 implants procedure. Surgery, IV sedation, under for 12 hours. Implants were placed 'free hand' is what I was told. Original surgeon abandoned the practice after 2 years so they brought in a replacement. It has taken a total of 5 years and 3 different labs to get a prosthetic to fit properly. They have now sent me a certified letter stating that they will not see me anymore. What could be my future concerns?
