Hi I had a lower jaw advancement surgery one year ago. My nerve was somehow damaged because I have feeling when I touch the skin but it hard to move my lower lip. Feels very stiff. I still have bumps and swelling around my lower lip and cheeks. My surgeon told me to do fillers but I don’t want to add volume. I’d like to understand if it’s soft tissue related, or residual swelling? What else can I do? Heard about steroid injections, micro needling, ultrasounds…
