​4 months post op Septoplasy. Problem with breathing on the left nostril, nose vibrates, and painful. Is this normal?

I am so depressed. Left nostril breathing is very constricted. When I blow my nose the right side is wide open, the left side is very congested, you can acutally see my left nostril struggling for air. After a few sec. airway will open slightly. I also get vibration when crying or using saline. My left nostril has felt painful ever since the surgery, ibuprofen is not working. My doctor wont see me anymore . I have seen 2 more doctors, I'm told we have had a cold winter, it should get better.
