Dear professionals, I want to align my lower teeth to improve bite and aesthetics. The photos show the central and lateral incisors moved, and also the premolar (arrow) rotated. Been to two dentists. One suggested a spring retainer, which to me seems it doesn't rotate the premolar (does it align the teeth vertically?). Second suggested either braces or Invisalign. Again it seems Invisalign wouldn't correct the premolar. Are my assumptions correct? I don't mind using braces if it's the best.
