In general, are acne scars harder to treat on the forehead or cheek? I read somewhere that the cheek is usually harder to treat because they go deeper (more flesh) and tend to produce more icepick, while forehead scars are more rolling and boxcar and fill out better with treatment. Is this correct? How is forehead skin different from the skin on the cheek?
