Skin care products have their place in treating superficial skin conditions, color, pigmentation, quality and texture of the skin. As far as an anti aging, They will not improve wrinkles, or replace the need for a facelift. Ablative Laser resurfacing can improve on the skin as above and smooth wrinkles and if aggressive enough can tighten skin.

Hi Nancy! That's a great question. A great medical grade skincare line and skin rejuvenation procedures go hand-in-hand. You cannot fully benefit from one without the other. Your skin, based on your description, can likely benefit from radiofrequency microneedling with Profound. It is patented technology that increases Elastin by a whopping 500%, as well as Collagen by at least 200% in addition to Hyaluronic Acid. It lifts, tightens and restores volume. Unlike other similar machines, this is far more effective and is a single treatment protocol. You do not have to buy packages. Wrinkles will decrease with Profound but a more effective treatment will be a fractional CO2 laser (if your skin type allows it). This is a very difficult question to answer. However, I feel that most products are so over hyped and therefore can't really deliver the results that they suggest. The most important factors to consider before picking a skin care line are: 1. Your skin type 2. Your climate 3. Your lifestyle 4.
