Molar pain with invisalign...what to do?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing discomfort.  I would talk to my dentist about this issue and ask him or her if they can make adjustments to alleviate or greatly reduce your pain.  It my be beneficial for your dentist to reduce the movements and increase the number of trays.  This would likely give you a great result with much less pain.  Good luck to you and I hope this helps. It is normal to
experience some pressure discomfort when you are undergoing orthodontic
treatment. Upper teeth can also experience discomfort if you have sinus
pressure or infections. Without pressure, the teeth cannot be moved into the
desired position. It is only temporary, but rigorous wearing of your aligners
will produce results within the desired time. The aligners need to be placed on
all of the teeth in the mouth in order for proper alignment of your arch to
occur.
